1.Labour Maintenance Contract.
- This contract shall cover breakdown and/or preventive maintenance calls, without labour charges. Any spare parts replacement ( including the refrigerant) shall be done on chargeable basis .Clause no 2 is not applicable.
- This contract covers attending to any number of breakdown calls and four preventive maintenance services in a year during the tenure of the contract.
- Any part including compressor, which requires repair / replacement due to normal pwear and tear during the contract shall be replaced free of cost.
2.Comprehensive Contract.
- Free Service Unit .
- Free Commissioning.
- Free Compressor.
- Free Fan Motor.
- Free Labour.
- Free Chemical Washing.
- Free Spares (Excluding plastic equipments and sheet metals).
- Free Gas Charging.
- Free Transportation.
- Free Overhauling.
